Silica is found in water . so is calcium , soduim, magnesuim, potassuim, bicarbonates,sulpates and chlorides

Depends on where it comes from. However, you should understand that municipal ("city") water (what most people have at their sinks) is regulated by the EPA and cannot have harmful levels of chemicals and minerals.
