The most effective method to obtain pure water when you have doubts about the quality of your current water source is to purchase a Reverse Osmosis unit. You can obtain a unit relatively cheaply ($100-$200) and they will purify hundreds of gallons of water before you have to replace any parts. In addition, the hook up quite simply to counter facets.

keep away from waters bottled from municipality sources; it really is merely tap water. i'm residing in motels in the present day and did some analyze on bottled water and it seems the chemical regulations on bottled water is truly a lot less stringent than that is for city potable water substances. In outcome, ingesting maximum bottled waters is worse than ingesting tap water because particular chemical substances are *no longer* got rid of because they do no longer ought to be (it really is, got rid of to a particular reduce). Fiji, my well known water after I can arise with the money for it, is so mushy to drink. Why? because they run it by sand, yet this technique is on their label as "silica." no longer uncomplicated, eh? That stated, fluoride, at the same time as appearing obviously in water, is likewise *further* to some municipalities' tap water. Is it in bottled water? do not recognize. lengthy tale short, I drink both. : )

I'm pretty sure certain filters will remove the fluoride, but couldn't name any offhand. Otherwise you're stuck finding a tap or spring source without any naturally occurring fluoride, which would be pretty damn difficult. The Okeefenokee has little to no fluoride, but it tastes like, well, swamp water.

You could, of course, stop getting your health information off crackpot quack websites, but that's your choice. :)

Maybe a really good filter? I wasn't exposed to flouride until I was 4 years old. I've never had a cavity in my life. My sisters both got flouride drops, and have had many cavities. Go figure.
