Yes, because it has less sugar. But water is better still. Do your body good as a test and tryforjustone week to drink ONLY water, and see if you do not feel better. (Sorry that I slipped into a preaching sound, but you will be SO much better off if you do that I thought I should say it anyway.)

When I'm really craving the taste of cough syrup, yes. Otherwise Gatorade is like infinity times better.
